What happens during the complimentary 30-minute conversation?
This private conversation gives you and Renita time to meet, briefly discuss what has been happening, clarify what you are looking for and decide whether the practice may be a suitable fit. It is not a full health assessment and there is no obligation to continue.
What happens in the Initial Integrative Consultation?
The 60-minute consultation is about your story: health history, existing medical diagnoses, symptoms, nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress, lifestyle, environment and goals. Renita helps connect relevant patterns, identifies sensible priorities and discusses a personalised support plan. You do not need to choose a therapy beforehand.
Which services are available online?
Initial and follow-up wellness consultations, Functional Nutrition guidance and Biology of Trauma® support can take place online. Renita will confirm whether an online appointment is suitable for your needs before the session.
Which services must take place in person?
Powerbrain®, EMT, Access Bars® and Body Processes, Photobiomodulation and Bio-Resonance require an in-person appointment at the home-based practice in Faerie Glen, Pretoria.
Do I need to choose a therapy before booking?
No. Routes to Health® begins with you, not with a modality. Renita first listens to your story and considers your needs, priorities, preferences and professional scope. If you continue, suitable approaches are discussed with you before anything is included in your plan.
Who is Routes to Health® not suitable for?
The practice is not an emergency, diagnostic or primary medical service. It is not suitable for acute emergencies, severe or unexplained red-flag symptoms, or someone seeking only a GP, physiotherapist, registered dietitian or pharmaceutical treatment. In those situations, please contact the appropriate qualified professional first.
Can this support work alongside my existing healthcare team?
Yes. Complementary wellness support can sit alongside care from your GP, specialist, physiotherapist, psychologist, registered dietitian or other qualified professional. Renita does not advise you to stop prescribed medication or replace necessary care, and she refers out when a concern falls beyond her scope.
How much might ongoing support cost?
The total cost depends on your concerns, goals and agreed next steps. You may need education and coaching, a personalised nutrition programme, accountability sessions or selected in-person therapies. Current starting prices are published in the Therapeutic Toolbox, and Renita discusses recommendations and costs before you decide.
How long do clients usually work with Renita?
Each person is different. Where appropriate, Renita’s goal is to help you understand your patterns and become confident on your own path within about three months. After that, some clients choose occasional accountability, guidance or course-correction sessions rather than ongoing intensive support.
Is secure parking available, and when is the address shared?
Yes. Secure client parking is available at the home-based Faerie Glen practice. To protect the privacy of the practice, the full street address and arrival details are shared directly with you after your appointment has been confirmed.
